John and his wife Gayoung moved to Australia in 2009. Originally from South Korea, they packed up their lives for a different lifestyle and decided to settle down in Geelong. Belmont Village was their local shopping centre and he knew instantly that he wanted to run Wendy’s. John wanted to work for a company who have great products, the same values as his family and high standards. Through the support of Wendy’s, he has been able to thrive locally.
John and Gayoung value their customers, and the local essence that surrounds Belmont Village. In the heart of Geelong, they are able to meet people from all different areas and create a sense of belonging within the community.
